Returns:

Items may be returned for a refund based on the following:
  • Returns must be received in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered and free of any stains/smells. 
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of original purchase
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Customer will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days of return being received (customer will not be refunded original shipping costs) 
  •  Due to limited quantities we do not offer exchanges 
  • Sometimes mistakes happen! Please let us know within 5 days of receipt of your order if there are any errors or defects in merchandise. We will gladly fix any issues!

Shipping:

We know that paying high shipping rates can get frustrating, that is why we offer $5.99 flat rate shipping. Our team will do everything in our power to get your package shipped out promptly! Due to exciting growth of Rodeo Road Boutique, please allow up to 5-7 business days for your order to ship.

Lost or stolen packages:

Unfortunately it can happen to the best of us. A lost or stolen package is out of our control once it leaves our warehouse, however we understand that these things can be frustrating, therefore we will do our best to make the situation better should it happen to you! Just reach out to our team asap!

Terms:

We reserve the right to refund or cancel any order. Why? We know that y’all will love our products as much as we do, because of that we can’t guarantee that some items won’t accidentally over-sell during launches.
