Welcome to our Boutique! My name is Bailey Cassinelli, I am the owner and founder of Rodeo Road Boutique. I have a passion for all things horses! I have been an active competitor in barrel racing since I was 13 years old, followed by a history of training horses where I specialized in groundwork and foundation training in young and troubled horses.
My greatest joy and accomplishment in life is my beautiful family! I am married to my high school sweetheart, Dawson. Dawson and I met at 15 years old and it was absolutely love at first sight. We now have two beautiful children together, Layla and Gunner. Rodeo Road Boutique along with my husband's business, Elite Hoof Care has allowed me to live my lifelong dream of being a stay at home and homeschooling mama. I will forever be grateful for this beautiful life I get to live!
Rodeo Road Boutique’s backstory is a fun one with a full circle story!
It all started when I was competing in high school rodeo years ago. There was this store that sold tack and western supplies that traveled the circuit. I enjoyed shopping at that little store so much and I remember thinking that I would love to own a little store that followed the rodeo circuit. I thought that it would be a great way to make an income while competing. At 18 years old I had the name Rodeo Road Boutique picked out, along with a vision for the types of products I would carry. I kept these ideas in the back of my mind for years while I pursued a couple careers.
One week after Dawson and I got married we decided to leave the only life we ever knew and moved 1600 miles away from our hometown of Winnemucca, NV to North Texas. To say that God had a plan for us and took care of us is an understatement. The good Lord opened up so many doors and opportunities for both Dawson and I while we were there. I was incredibly blessed to get a job with one of the world's leading online western clothing brands, where I worked as a warehouse manager. There I gained so much experience and knowledge, I knew that God had opened up major doors for my future! Dawson and I often refer to our adventure in Texas as our “College education that we got paid for'' meaning we both invested in jobs that served us well and ultimately provided us with important building blocks to pursue the businesses of our dreams!
After spending 3 amazing years in Texas, we welcomed our beautiful daughter into the world and shortly after that we were excited to find out that we were expecting our sweet baby boy!! With this news we decided that we were ready to move back closer to home and family so that our children could make memories with their grandparents, cousins, aunts, etc.
Not long after moving back to our home town I knew it was finally time to start Rodeo Road Boutique! We are now a full force online boutique who also travels the Rodeo Road. The coolest part?! I now set up my booth right next to the very business that helped inspire this dream of mine years ago.
Rodeo Road Boutique sells 100% original design clothing that is inspired by none other than the Rodeo Road! It is important for me to create equine industry designs and sayings that resonate with our culture, not the same run of the mill items that you can purchase anywhere.
